Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. QROWDEE (the "App") is a networking platform that enables users to connect with other attendees during events.
  2. he App is operated by Szymon Krolikowski and Dariusz Cybulski a companies incorporated under the laws of Poland, with its registered office at Jana Matejki 39/16, Poznan, NIP: 7831703021 and Józefa Antala 6/3, Warszawa, NIP: 5242898645.
  3. We may cooperate with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, event organizers) to deliver our services.
  4. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the legal agreement between Szymon Krolikowski, Dariusz Cybulski and the users of the App ("you", "user", "participant"). They complement our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, which form an integral part of this agreement.
  5. By registering, creating an account, or using the App, you confirm that:
    • you have read and understood these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct;
    • you agree to comply with them;
    • you enter into a binding contract with Szymon Królikowski and Dariusz Cybulski.

II. Registration & Accounts

  1. To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
  3. You agree not to impersonate others or provide false information.
  4. If you access third-party events via the App, additional terms from the event organizer may apply.

III. Payments & Subscriptions

  1. QROWDEE does not offer any additionally paid services.

IV. Services Provided

Through the App, Szymon Krolikowski and Dariusz Cybulski provide you with:

  • A platform to connect during professional events (online or in-person);
  • Tools to create and manage your networking profile;

V. Intellectual Property & Content

  1. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user-generated content) belong to Szymon Krolikowski and Dariusz Cybulski.
  2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use our materials without prior written consent.
  3. By posting content (e.g., profile details, messages, links) on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process that content for the purpose of operating the App.
  4. You agree not to share unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.

VI. Liability

  1. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:
    • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
    • reliance on information provided by other users or event organizers,
    • any issues caused by third-party service providers.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, breach of Terms, or violations of the Code of Conduct.

VII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Szymon Krolikowski and Dariusz Cybulski harmless against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your infringement of third-party rights.

VIII. Notices & Complaints

  1. Notices regarding these Terms should be sent by email to support@qrowdee.com
  2. Complaints must include a description of the issue and relevant details. We will review complaints within 14 days and respond via email.

IX. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are effective as of 01.01.2026.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
  3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  4. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  5. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal meaning.
